For us at Vita, a love of personal sustainability demands that we also look outside of our personal lives and help those around us locally, nationally, and globally.
We support food banks locally and across the nation, encouraging and assisting them to grow their own vegetables. We also try to help communities globally.
In July of 2015, we traveled to Rwanda to start building 500 Keyhole Gardens for the village of Kageyo. Rwanda changed our lives with the stories we heard and the friends we met.
Enjoy some of the stories of the people we met and were able to serve on the Kageyo Gardens Project. We had the privilege of contributing to their lives and in every case they have positively effected us.
