Succession Planting

Have you ever planted your garden patiently caring and tending all summer only to receive a bounty in one shot – so much food you don’t know what to do with it?

Succession planting is basically strategic planning so that you get a more consistent harvest over your growing season.

Radishes are one of those things that you can plant within 2 weeks of each other.  When one is ready to harvest (as you can see by the photo), the other plants in the foreground are getting ready!
